Why this policy exists

TechPeople A/S cares about the protection of your privacy. Our Personal Data Privacy Policy defines how we, as a data controller, handles the personal information of our website-users in compliance with applicable laws and regulations e.g. the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy is applicable in situations where TechPeople A/S (hereafter called “TechPeople”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) handles personal information collected from our websites.

How long do we keep your personal information?

We will only save your personal information for as long as it’s relevant for the purpose for which it was originally collected. Sometimes, however, we need to retain it to comply with international or local laws/regulations, e.g. if you have made a request involving an economic transaction we will retain your information relevant in connection with this transaction for five years due to financial regulations.

Your personal rights

As a natural person, you have the right to:

  • Be notified within 72 hours of us first having become aware of a data breach implicating your personal information.
  • Get a report with information on what personal information we have about you, including the right to have any incorrect information corrected.
  • Have the personal information we have about you deleted.
  • Get your personal information delivered in an electronical format enabling you to port it to other systems.
  • submit a complaint about the processing of your personal data to the national supervisory authority.

Any of the above personal rights requests must be delivered in writing (e-mail accepted) and we need to verify your identity before we can execute any of the above. We aim to comply with your request within reasonable time from receiving it.

Information collected when visiting our website can be stored, processed, and transferred between all countries in which we operate and used in accordance with this Data Privacy Policy.
